OPERATING STANDARDS
Our commitment to delivering quality security services is demonstrated by Shreeve Protection Services' continuous review and adherence to the working practices of all of the relevant operational standards according to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management). The company gets audited and certified to the specific standards as detailed below:
Unlike many other countries, there is no full regulation of private security companies. Outside of standard legal requirements for the operation of a business in the UK (e.g. insurances), the only must-have is the individual private security licences officers must hold.
By choosing to undertake regulatory inspections and, by committing to operating in line with the above-mentioned; Shreeve protection Services is demonstrating its commitment to consistency and quality services.
This extensive and fully encompassing range of operating standards are available to all but are not simple to consistently comply with as a business. Companies who have achieved these certifications have been independently verified, as delivering quality consistent services to all its clients.
Companies choosing not to undertake these additional verifications may tell you they are of little value to you as a client. Our response to that would be that there is a reason the process is so extensive and, only a small minority can achieve the security service, quality and safety certifications.
You may not realise the importance of these standards until it is too late. When your insurance asks for confirmation of company status to approve your claim, can you be sure the company you use complies with their requirements? When you are questioned, as an employer on your commitment to the safety of your staff and clients, are you aware of the security teams training and compliance?
Clients who have experienced the difference will agree on the peace of mind and difference in services between a certified and uncertified company count at all levels.
